On April 17th, the Sioux Falls Police Explorers assisted with the 2010 Polar Plunge, held on the Big Sioux River, behind the Country Inn and Suites on 8th street. The explorers were kept very busy with various duties throughout the event including set-up, crowd and traffic control on the bike path, and then clean up after the plunge was over.
